I connect people to their breath and movement to create a strong foundation of health and fully express their potential.
Ten years ago, I was stressed, tired, and in pain. I started exploring alternative ways to live — balancing the demands of modern life with practices that support body and mind. Through this journey, I’ve recovered my health and it’s my mission to share this process with you.
I am a certified Oxygen Advantage breathing coach and experienced yoga and natural movement instructor. I have explored various movement and breathing protocols — all of which inform my approach to helping people recover and perform.
Through cold-water swimming and endurance running, I’ve seen firsthand how breath and movement protocols enhance sport performance.

I work with people 1 on 1 dealing with stress, fatigue, and breathing challenges, as well as those aiming to perform better in sport, work, and daily life.
