Join me for a unique guided experience designed to bring deep relaxation and transform the way you respond to stress.
What to Expect:
Guided Movement Practice
Meditative movement sequences to release tension and reconnect with your body.
Guided Breathwork Session
Regulate your nervous system and experience deep relaxation.
Cold Immersion
Build resilience by embracing the cold and discover your breath as a powerful tool for self-regulation.
Fireside Connection to close the experience
Warm up afterward in good company around the campfire with a hot drink. Take the opportunity to dive deeper into your questions and experience.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement. The first part of the session takes place indoors.
A yoga mat (some are available on site if you don’t have one).
Swimwear and a towel.
Water slippers.
Warm clothing for after the cold immersion; make sure your base layer fits snugly against your body.
The session will be conducted in English.
Time: 10am to 1pm
Location: A unique private space in Hoboken (exact address shared following registration)
